What the purchaser can do with a download photo:

1 - Display on personal websites/social media and computers.

2 - Making image prints for personal use (to show friends/family or to display in their home/yard)

What the purchaser may not do with a download photo:

1 - Resell, re-license, sub-license, redistribute the photo without express written permission from Sport in Pictures.

2 - Use the photo in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.

3 - Use the photo in advertising.

4 - Use the photo in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libellous or defamatory manner.

5 - Incorporate the photo into trademarks, logos, or service marks.

6 - Make the photo available for download.

7 - Give the photo to any magazine, newspaper or any other publication either on-line or in print.

8 - Use the photo as the basis for a painting or any other type of facsimile.

Business, school, non-profit, & event Facebook pages ARE NOT personal pages and require a commercial license which can be obtained by e-mailing us to discuss your requirements.
